If you don't know what is in it, can you trust it? Try making your own dressing so that you can feel good about what you are putting in your body! These recipes are from the Ultimate Reset from Beachbody.

Basic Vinaigrette

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp. Himalayan salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. unfiltered raw honey or raw agave
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Optional: 2 tsp. fresh herbs: basil, oregano, parsley, or dill

Mix all ingredients together. 8 Servings

Creamy Garlic Dressing

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 to 5 cloves garlic, crushed
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. Himalayan salt
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. unfiltered honey or raw agave nectar

Place all ingredients in blender and blend on medium high for 30 seconds or until well mixed. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. If dressing solidifies when cold, let it sit at room temperature until liquid, then stir. Makes 8 to 10 servings.

Ginger Sesame Miso Dressing

2 Tbsp. miso paste
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 Tbsp. Bragg Liquid Aminos
1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
1 tsp. minced ginger root
Water if desired

Place first 5 ingredients in blender and blend on medium high for 30 seconds or until well mixed, adding water as needed for desired consistency. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Makes 8 servings.

Greek Dressing

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. dried oregano
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. Himalayan salt
1 tsp. Herbal seasoning
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Place all ingredients in blender and blend on medium-high for 2 minutes until well mixed. Refrigerate in airtight container. If dressing solidifies when cold, let it sit at room temperature until liquid, then stir. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
