What is the Bombshell Challenge?
The Bombshell Challenge is a 21, 30, 60 or 90 challenge group VIA Facebook private group run by yours truly. In this group we have 6-8 challengers or participants, we all work out, share our workouts, share what we eat, post at least once a day to stay active and accountable in the group. You do the workout of your choice (sometimes the group is workout specific for example an Insanity Challenge), on your time, in the comfort of your home, while drinking Shakeology.Who can do the Challenge?
Anyone! Men, women, teens, in shape, out of shape, looking to get in shape.How long are the Challenges?
I have several challenges running at different times... some are just 30 day challenges that are a great way to jump in without committing too much time, maybe you just need to get back in the habit of working out and eating right, or the program is only 30 days like Brazil Butt Lift. 60 day challenges are really there to help you instill good habits and keep you going past that 30 days! 90 day challenges are for the truly committed, those who want a bangin transformation and aren't afraid of change!30 day challenges: Ready to jump back in, but without too much of a commitment, usually 5 days a week to workout, testing the waters or the program is only 30 days.
60 day challenges: A step above, really cleaning out your cabinets, working out 6 days a week, looking for great results in a shorter amount of time, and committing to yourself and the group.
90 day challenge: For those of us who are ready to commit 100%, ready to push past their limits and excuses, who want the best transformation possible. Eating clean 90% of the time and pressing play 6 days a week. No excuse zone, for the focused and ready individuals!
I know that I started with a 90 day program and I'm so glad I did, it taught me a lot about eating right, working out and I got great results.
My suggestion: Go all in, what do you have to loose? Nothing! You will only lose if you do NOTHING.
What is required of YOU!?
1. The Beachbody workout program of choice (Insanity, P90X, BBL, you name it)2. A great attitude--no complaining or negativity allowed!3. 1 post a day to stay active in the group4. Shakeology--you want the results? what is your WHY? What is most important to you? Your excuses for not being on Shakeology or being on Shakeology and getting the results you want. You choose.5. A bio, before photos, after photos!What do we do in this group?
Like I've mentioned, you do this on YOUR TIME, from your home, in your living room. There will be mini assignments a few times a week to keep you engaged and focused on your goals. We will all share why we are doing this, what we want to get out of it, share pictures of our meals, help each other out, sweaty pics, etc. It's honestly just a ton of fun, there's not a lot of pressure to do things perfect, as long as you try-you're in!Ask yourself a series of questions:
1. What led you to click on this page?
2. Are you happy with where you are at physically?
3. Could your health improve?
4. Are you tired of making excuses for yourself?
5. What goals do you have? How much do you want to loose or gain?
6. Could you use more energy?
7. Would you like to fit into your clothes better? or completely buy new clothes because they are too loose?
8. Are you READY?!

Thats only a few of the things we will cover, I want to help you EVERY way I can. I remember what it was like being miserable in my own skin, buying new clothes to escape my body and praying for the secret pill, the quick fix, ANYTHING to help me. I don't want you to fall for diet pills, quick fixes and short cuts. Let's do this the right way.
