Your music can really change your workout!
Whether you like pop, rock, rap, or country, MUSIC can change your whole mentality and TRANSFORM your workout. Have you checked out Spotify yet? HOLY HELL this is music heaven, and I thought Pandora was the best thing, Spotify is killing it!
Recently one of my challengers was asking for advice on music, the music in her daily program was just not cutting it anymore. HEY I feel the same way! I usually mute my home fitness program and tune in to some epic JAMS on Pandora. WELL I found that Spotify's playlists that FitSugar created are my new workout soul mates <3
