Happy HUMP Day!!



Add something new to your daily regimen!

Something to add to your daily workouts!!! I can't remember what ShaunT in T25 calls this one but I love to use it between cardio intervals…. It is an active cool down between high intensity moves. 
Try it out!!




1. Start in a right leg lunge with both legs at a 90 degree angle with arms straight out like a T.
2. Shift your body to come to a wide legged sumo squat with arms remaining up. Sit deeper to feel the BURN in your thighs 
3. Shift your body to the opposite leg (left)
 for a deep lunge similar to move #1. Then do it all again in the opposite direction!

Continue these three moves, sitting deep into your lunges and squat… when you feel the burn KEEP PUSHING! Keep your arms up for an extra upper body burn OR add an overhead chest press with light weights. Always remember good form and to keep your knee above your ankle. Good luck and Happy HUMP day
